Report someone

In a chat, tap ⋮; on a profile in Find Your Pal, tap ⋯; on a post, tap its menu. Choose Report or Block. Blocking takes effect immediately everywhere in the app.

Cancel VIP

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → AstroMatch → Cancel Subscription. VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Your profile, photos, posts and messages are removed right away.

Shop orders

Include your order number in your email; damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded.
