By creating an account or using AstroMatch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use AstroMatch
You must be at least 18 years old, able to agree to these terms, and not barred from using the service. One person, one account; keep your password to yourself.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
There is no place on AstroMatch for harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, nudity or sexual content sent to anyone who did not ask for it, scams, spam, impersonation, or content that is illegal. You can report any person, post or comment and block anyone at any time. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a license to store, display and transmit it so the app can work (for example, showing your profile in Find Your Pal or a message to its recipient). You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to post it.
Astrology is for reflection and entertainment
Horoscopes, charts, compatibility scores, tarot and other readings are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they do not predict the future. Do not rely on them for important decisions.
Meeting people
We do not run background checks. Use good judgment when you talk to or meet anyone you met through AstroMatch, and report anything that worries you.
VIP subscriptions
VIP is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple, either monthly ($9.99 a month) or yearly ($59.99 a year). Prices are in US dollars; in other countries the App Store shows the local price. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers: unless you cancel before it ends, the first year is charged when it does. Buying a subscription during a trial ends what is left of it.
VIP currently includes unlimited AI readings (for fair use: automated or abusive use may be limited), unlimited questions to your star reader, the full year-ahead readings and all fun quizzes. The yearly plan also includes one deep report of your choice for each paid year.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. VIP renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before then. After you cancel, VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
One-time purchases
Deep reports and single fun quizzes are one-time purchases through Apple, charged to your Apple ID when you confirm them; they do not renew.
Shop orders
Products in the shop are sold at the price shown at checkout; card payments are processed by Stripe. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
AstroMatch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
